Today, October 14, 2021, Department of State (DOS) posted the November 2021 Visa Bulletin.
As expected, India and China (mainland born) employment-based third preference (EB-3) Final Action Dates will retrogress in November. India EB-3 will retrogress by about 2 years, going back to January 15, 2012 .
Neighboring EB-3 China-mainland born will retrogress by little over 9 months, standing at March 22, 2018.
Note that EB-2 Final Action Dates for both India and China will move forward in November. India EB-2 will move forward by 3 months; China by more than 4 months.
